Deciding to have a conservatory built is the easy part, finding a company who can carry out the work efficiently and affordably is the hard part! Not to mention them being able to do what you want!

After spending several long weeks researching conservatories and many builders looking at 'the job' I was hearing far too many 'ohs' 'I don't think we can do that' and 'not sure how to', I wasn't feeling very confident, in fact I was on the verge of not bothering at all!

A chance meeting with an old school friend gave me one last opportunity of getting my conservatory, when he passed on Michael's details at International Windows & Conservatories. He'd had a conservatory built a few years earlier by IWC.

From my first conversation with Michael I knew I was in safe hands and I was going to be looked after. Nothing was a bother, gone were the 'don't knows' and 'not sure how to' and instead I was hearing 'yes of course we can' and 'that's not a problem'. Wow, I was starting to feel very confident. Michael and I discussed at great length what I would like and he even suggested one or two extra things which were fantastic. Between us we came up with a stunning and ideal conservatory for family living.

There's always the cost to consider too and I was worried the quote was going to be out of my reach! Wow...compared to the previous ones I'd had and all the extra work we'd discussed I was thrilled. Finally I'd found a company that could do what I wanted, that are professional, gave me ideas and advice, could start relatively quickly and the price was affordable too...I was very excited.

The building work began and wow again, I couldn't believe how hard the lads grafted and how quickly it was took shape. Even when faced with one or two challenges along the way, nothing was a bother, everything was explained to me and I was reassured all the time. I was given regular updates and progress reports and they worked spot on to time. Amazing, having experienced builders previously I know how long things can take! Thank you so much guys.

I am now the proud owner of an amazing conservatory; it's changed the dynamics of my whole kitchen. The workmanship is second to none. IWC are a very professional, organised and highly skilled team. I can not thank Michael and his team enough. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is seriously considering having a conservatory built and yes I will defiantly have them back without a shadow of doubt. I need to get saving for my next project!
